Job summary

Soliant in Binghamton, NY seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead the retail pharmacy operation full-time. The candidate must hold a PharmD or PharmD/BPharm, have an active New York Pharmacist license, and at least 1 year of Director of Pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy department to drive growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain quality control through Drug Utilization Review and Final QA.
• Promote clinical programs (immunizations, MTM) to improve patient care and profitability.
• Manage inventory, weekly sales tracking, and stock orders to meet demand.
• Coach and supervise pharmacists and staff; provide training and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Communicate with physicians to resolve prescription issues and ensure safety.
