Job summary

HealthPoint is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations under the Director of Pharmacy. You will supervise staff, ensure safe dispensing, provide patient counseling, and participate in MTM and immunization programs.

Must hold WA Pharmacist licensure, BLS, and a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy with prior management experience. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BA/BS) required.
• Current WA Pharmacist license and BLS certification required.
• Experience at pharmacy manager level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and fill prescriptions accurately issued by prescribers.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff supervision.
• Counsel patients on drug indications, dosing, interactions and side effects.
• Engage in MTM, anticoagulation, immunizations, and other clinical programs.
• Ensure compliance with CDTA, hazardous waste disposal, and QA procedures.
• Maintain controlled substances security and inventory control.
