Job summary

You will lead operations, assure regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, workflow design, and quality improvement. The role emphasizes staff leadership, on-call participation, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license and PharmD degree; state license required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of pharmacy management experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong leadership, regulatory, and teaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of pharmacy services.
• Leads staff and provides guidance on pharmacy policies.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities as assigned.
• Oversees staff development and performance evaluations.
• Assists in recruitment, interviews, and training.
• Contributes to policy and procedure development.
• Conducts educational programs and in-services.
