Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy.
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• License must be in good standing as a Pharmacist.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Ability to write routine reports and interpret prescriptions/documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model exemplary behavior for the pharmacy team.
• Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and pharmacy initiatives.
• Direct the pharmacy team to achieve budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability, handle rejections and audits, and manage pricing and generics.
