Kroger is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our on-site team at 6441 Center Dr, Zionsville, IN. You will fill prescriptions, counsel patients and ensure compliance with all laws and company policies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with a focus on accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws (HIPAA included).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company dress standards.
• Gain thorough knowledge of the trade area, customers and competition.
• Create a positive pharmacy department image through service and cooperation.
• Monitor stock, inventory, policies, record keeping and scheduling.
• Maintain records for scheduled drugs and ensure security.
• Follow procedures for handling products from approved sources.
• Utilize accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits appropriately.
• Maintain and organize policy manuals and state laws; ensure staff knowledge.
• Keep signage updated and maintain a clean work area.
• Demonstrate ongoing pharmacy knowledge and skills; perform essential functions as required.
