Job summary

Under pharmacist supervision, you will process prescriptions, register patients, assist with vaccine administration and health services where allowed, and participate in training and performance management of technicians to drive excellence in pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in everyday patient care including patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications for patients and assist with dispensing where allowed by law.
• Assist with vaccines and health screenings where permitted by law.
• Lead training and performance management of technicians and ensure compliant operations.
