Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care, prescription data entry, preparation of medications, and related tasks under supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; schedule and assign tasks.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws/regulations and company policies; manage inventory and records.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer questions and concerns, and support store leadership.
