Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow. Under the supervision of a pharmacist, you will assist with prescription processing, patient registration, and healthcare service offerings such as vaccines where allowed by law.

You will also lead technician training, manage performance, and help improve pharmacy financials and customer service while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• PTCB/ExCPT certification required where applicable.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with prescription data entry, patient registration, and processing; support vaccines and health services as allowed by law.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
