Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification required (except Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient care activities including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Perform non-clinical pharmacy operations under supervision to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Lead and develop pharmacy technicians; coach, train, and manage performance.
