Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation.
• Handle patient and physician calls and support health service offerings where allowed by law.
• Delegate non-clinical work within company policies and ensure on-time task completion.
• Prepare and file reports required by company and government agencies.
• Manage pharmacy workflow and inventory, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Assist with training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
• Adhere to Good Faith Dispensing policies and protect pharmacy assets and data.
