Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
- Minimum 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- License must be in good standing
- Proven leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model professionalism; manage customer complaints and reduce wait times
- Develop, supervise and promote the sales plan and other sales initiatives for the division pharmacy department
- Perform duties of a registered pharmacist in the state of employment and comply with legal and company requirements
- Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals
- Monitor third‑party profitability and handle insurance issues and audits promptly
- Schedule staff to control labor costs and ensure proper workflow
- Maintain all pharmacy records required by law and company policies
- Provide support and participate in clinical and public health initiatives
