King Soopers in Colorado is seeking a licensed pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, ensure compliant practice, and drive patient service excellence.

You will manage budgets, inventories, third-party issues, and physician relations while maintaining standards across state and federal laws.

This full-time on-site role requires collaboration with store operations and commitment to ongoing professional development in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• Pharmacist must hold Pharm.D. or B.Pharm from an accredited U.S. school.
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 21 years of age
• License must be in good standing
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
• Ability and willingness to continue education as necessary
• Participation in clinical programs following company sponsored training

Responsabilidades

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model leadership; handle customer complaints and direct workflow to reduce wait times
• Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and other sales initiatives as developed by the division pharmacy department
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals
• Monitor third-party profitability; handle third-party problems, rejections, and audits in a timely fashion
• Schedule pharmacy staff to control labor costs
• Maintain all pharmacy records required by state and federal laws and company policies
• Travel independently as needed to support business needs
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
