Job summary

• Oklahoma Pharmacist license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy staff and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop policies and procedures to support productivity and positive work environment.
• Represent pharmacy services on committees and workgroups.
• Review medication variance reports and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with formulary management and cost-effective drug availability.
• Provide weekly/monthly updates on staffing and clinical activities.
