Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England, seeks a Clinical Pharmacy leader to drive strategy and standardization across the pharmacy operations. The role requires collaborating with executives and medical staff to align goals and implement services with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualified candidates will have a PharmD (MBA preferred), 5 years pharmacy experience with at least 3 in management, and CT/MA licensure or eligibility within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist in leadership with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Experience in management and staff development.
• Licensure eligibility in CT/MA within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to set strategy, goals and standards.
• Identify analytics and metrics to show performance improvements.
• Oversee medication safety and integration of services into operations.
• Lead clinical pharmacy programs and drug-use improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training, coaching and competency assessments for pharmacists.
