Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time night-shift pharmacy leader to oversee pharmacists, technicians, and staff scheduling.

You will develop policies, participate in multidisciplinary committees, and ensure compliance with department and hospital standards while promoting a positive work environment and high patient care quality.

Strong communication, problem solving, and data proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word are required.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. preferred; D.Ph. will be considered.
• OK license or eligible for reciprocity.
• 3–4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct pharmacy staff and scheduling.
• Review medication variance and allergy reports; implement corrective actions.
• Perform weekend staff pharmacist duties (order reviews, IV admixture, checks).
• Participate in special projects (P&P updates, TJC prep, workload reports).
• Assist formulary management for cost-effective agent availability.
• Communicate changes to pharmacy and nursing staff to ensure patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary SFH committees.
