Fry's Food Stores is seeking a licensed pharmacist to oversee all aspects of the pharmacy practice. You will manage the pharmacy budget, staff development, and customer service excellence while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires Pharm.D. or equivalent, 2+ years of retail experience, and a strong leadership track record. You will lead clinical initiatives and supervise inventory and pricing strategies.

Competenze

• Pharmacist with PharmD or B.Pharm qualifications.
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience.
• License must be in good standing.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Willingness to continue education and participate in training.

Mansioni

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model the pharmacy team behavior.
• Develop, implement and promote the sales plan and other initiatives.
• Perform duties required of a licensed pharmacist and follow laws and company rules.
• Direct the team to meet labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle issues, rejections and audits promptly.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and maintain coverage.
• Maintain all required pharmacy records per state, federal laws and policies.
• Travel as needed to support business needs and network with providers.
• Coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
