The Kroger Co. is seeking a pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations at Fry's Food Stores in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage day-to-day workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient-centered care while optimizing the department's financial performance.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, budgeting, inventory control, and collaborating with healthcare providers to advance clinical services and community health initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in the United States.
• Pharmacy degree required (Pharm.D. or equivalent).
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred, 2+ years.
• Must be at least 21 years old and in good standing with license.
• Able to read and interpret prescriptions and documents.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Perform all pharmacist duties and model professional conduct.
• Develop and promote sales plans and pharmacy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and company policies.
• Direct staff to achieve budgeted labor, volume and inventory goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle related audits.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and optimize workflow.
• Maintain records as required by law and policy.
• Lead detailing to physicians and community targets; support public health initiatives.
