Job summary

Walgreens in Greenville, NC is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical operations and maintain efficient pharmacy workflow. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification required (except Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Under pharmacist supervision process prescriptions and patient information.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Engage customers to resolve complaints and provide good patient experience.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care including registration and data entry.
