Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient care tasks including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Support non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Engage customers, resolve complaints and answer non-clinical questions to enhance patient experience.
• Support training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
