Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician to support daily non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure a smooth workflow. You will process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision and assist with patient services to create a positive experience.

The role includes training and coaching of technicians, meeting performance standards, and helping with inventory and regulatory duties. Strong English skills and flexibility to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.
• Process prescriptions under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Lead training and coaching of pharmacy technicians and oversee performance management.
