Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• PTCB certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings is required.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in delivering patient care, including patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications for patients, counting and verifying under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with healthcare services such as vaccines and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Manage non-clinical pharmacy workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support inventory management, recordkeeping, and security safeguards in the pharmacy.
