Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy and Health System Pharmacy locations).

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Ensure compliant pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Handle customer interactions to resolve complaints and improve the patient experience.
• Communicate with team and participate in store/pharmacy meetings.
