Job summary

Walgreens in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support day-to-day non-clinical operations under pharmacist supervision. You will assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and dispensing preparation while upholding Good Faith Dispensing standards.

You will lead technician training and performance management, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and participate in inventory and operational improvements to deliver excellent patient

Qualifications

• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Handle patient registration, prescription data entry, and preparation of medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and Walgreens policy on Good Faith Dispensing.
