Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and maintain efficient workflow. Under pharmacist supervision, you will process prescriptions, assist with patient registrations, and support health services where allowed by law.

You will lead training and performance management for technicians, coordinate scheduling, and help ensure accurate records and inventory control while delivering a positive patient experience at the pharmacy

Qualifications

• PTCB certification; fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care tasks and prescription processing.
• Lead training and performance management of technicians.
• Handle customer inquiries and promote positive patient experiences.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain records.
