Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida in Boca Raton, FL, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead Supervisors and Lead Technicians, optimize staffing, and drive efficient workflow while maintaining customer service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in a high-volume pharmacy and 2+ years in supervision; Lean Six Sigma is a plus. You will collaborate with local leadership to meet labor and budget goals and develop training programs.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience, preferably in high-volume pharmacy.
2+ years' experience as a manager/supervisor
Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required
Lean Six Sigma skills and experience preferred

Mansioni

Hire, manage, train, evaluate, coach, and develop Supervisors/Lead Technicians; assign duties and responsibilities
Assist with hiring and management of staff to ensure adequate coverage for workflow
Ensure Supervisors/Leads assign work volume appropriate to each technicians' duties and measure both productivity and accuracy
Responsible for ensuring operation of business is conducted efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service
Evaluate workflow processes and implement changes as necessary to meet deadlines for input
Address and resolve customer issues related to operations and quality
