Jupiter Medical Center in Florida is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead daily pharmacy operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple agencies. You will partner with hospital leadership to optimize patient safety, efficiency, and service quality.

The role requires a PharmD, 5+ years of experience including 2 years in hospital practice, and Florida licensure as a pharmacist (Consultant Pharmacist licensure within 12 months).

Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years experience including 2 years hospital practice.
• Florida Pharmacist license required; Consultant Pharmacist license within 12 months of start.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy, Joint Commission, FDA, DEA, CMS.
• Lead Pharmacy and Therapeutics and other committees.
• Develop and maintain department policies and performance evaluations.
