Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to lead staffing, workflow, and performance across the department. You will hire, train, coach, and develop Supervisors/Lead Technicians, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; Pharmacy Technician license/registration required.
• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years’ experience as a manager/supervisor.
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.

Mansioni

• Hire, manage, train, evaluate, coach, and develop Supervisors/Lead Technicians; assign duties and responsibilities.
• Assist with hiring and management of staff to ensure adequate coverage for workflow.
• Ensure Supervisors/Leads assign work volume appropriate to each technicians’ duties and measure productivity and accuracy.
• Responsible for ensuring operations run efficiently and with high customer service.
• Evaluate workflow processes and implement changes to meet deadlines.
