Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a capable Manager/Supervisor to lead technicians and optimize workflows in a fast-paced long-term care pharmacy environment.

You will hire, coach, and evaluate Supervisors/Lead Technicians, ensuring efficient operations and top-tier customer service. Strong pharmacy software skills and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state requirements; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 5+ years of experience in high-volume pharmacy; 2+ years in a managerial role.

Aufgaben

• Hire, manage, train, evaluate, coach, and develop Supervisors/Lead Technicians; assign duties.
• Assist with hiring and management of staff to ensure adequate coverage for workflow.
• Ensure Supervisors/Leads assign work volume appropriate to each technician’s duties and measure productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure operations run efficiently while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Evaluate workflow processes and implement changes to meet deadlines.
• Address and resolve customer issues related to operations and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep workflows smooth.
• Develop training manuals and programs and update as needed.
• Manage labor metrics to achieve business plan goals.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors.
