Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; assist with staffing and scheduling.
• Support pharmacy manager in inventory management, reports, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
