Job summary

Eli Pharmacy is seeking an organized Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead daily non-clinical operations at our flagship facility. This role focuses on managing support staff, optimizing fulfillment workflows, maintaining strict inventory control, and delivering excellent customer service for both our compounding pharmacy operations and ecommerce platform.

Qualifications

Active Georgia Pharmacy Technician License is required or can be obtained later.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment center operations, warehouse logistics, or high-volume shipping is strongly preferred.
Proven track record in inventory control systems and team leadership/staff management.
Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
High proficiency with computer systems, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and digital shipping/e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee multi-channel communication systems to meet response-time and quality standards.
Develop proactive workflows for tracking prescription statuses, fulfillment delays, vendor backorders, and order updates.
Serve as the non-clinical escalation point for complex customer issues and delivery failures.
