Job summary

Eli Pharmacy is seeking an organized Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead daily non-clinical operations at our expanded flagship facility. This role focuses on managing support staff, optimizing fulfillment workflows, maintaining strict inventory control, and delivering excellent customer service for both our compounding pharmacy and our e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of facility efficiency, bridges retail pharmacy logistics with digital storefront shipping, and ensures

Qualifications

Active Georgia Pharmacy Technician License required (can be obtained later).
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment center operations and high-volume shipping.
Proven track record in inventory control systems and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee customer service with multi-channel communication and escalation to licensed pharmacist.
Direct high-volume e-commerce fulfillment and shipping logistics.
Supervise inventory management, audits, and waste reduction.
Manage staffing schedules and training for technicians and fulfillment staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance including HIPAA and SOP adherence.
Collaborate with PIC and leadership on capacity planning.
