• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of pharmacy technicians and other staff.
• Engage customers by greeting them, answering non-clinical questions, and resolving issues to improve customer experience.
• Support patient care activities including registration, prescription data entry, and preparation of medications as allowed by law.
• Maintain inventory, ensure security safeguards, and assist with reporting and compliance tasks.
