The PIC supervises pharmacists, oversees licensing, and performs daily dispensing, patient education, and clinical guidance to prescribers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience.
• Flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

• Develops and enforces SOPs; ensures staff training and compliance.
• Oversees payor optimization initiatives and operational profitability.
• Leads regulatory compliance and audit readiness for the pharmacy.
