Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Vendor Relationship Specialist, Pharmacy Network to own and optimize our multi-state partner network. You will manage relationships with 20+ pharmacy partners, ensure coverage, and drive performance end-to-end.

You will lead pricing negotiations, qualify new partners, and build scalable processes and scorecards. Travel to partner sites every 4–6 weeks as needed, shaping a stronger, compliant network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in vendor, partner, supplier, or network management, with direct ownership of a partner portfolio.
• Working knowledge of 503A compounding pharmacy operations — state licensure, compounding capability, and how capacity varies by medication.
• Demonstrated ownership of pricing and commercial negotiations, independently.
• Track record sourcing and qualifying new partners from scratch, including cold outreach.
• Comfortable establishing process, standards, and documentation where little exists.
• Strong cross-functional communication; effective with operational, clinical, technical, and finance audiences.
• Willingness to travel to partner sites approximately every 4–6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner network end to end across 20+ pharmacy fulfillment partners; manage relationships, capacity, coverage, and performance.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with partners; trade cost against capacity and coverage.
• Source and qualify new partners; build qualification framework from scratch.
• Own 50-state coverage; ensure formulary medications have live partnerships in gap states.
• Forecast demand and manage partner capacity ahead of volume; provide forward visibility to partners.
• Support partner onboarding and integration with Systems & Formulary teams.
• Build repeatable processes, partner scorecards, and documentation to standardize network management.
• Visit partner sites to verify capability and compliance; deepen relationships.
• Partner cross-functionally with Demand & Supply Planning, Systems & Formulary, Patient Support, and Licensing & Credentialing.
• Other duties as assigned.
