Job summary

OpenLoop Health seeks a Vendor Relationship Specialist, Pharmacy Network to own the partner network across 20+ pharmacy partners and ensure 50-state coverage from day one. You will drive pricing negotiations, partner qualification, and capacity planning to meet demand in a fast-growing telehealth environment.

Join a collaborative team; you will establish standards, scorecards, and documentation while coordinating with Systems & Formulary, Patient Support, and Licensing & Credentialing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in vendor, partner, supplier, or network management with direct ownership of a partner portfolio.
• Knowledge of 503A compounding pharmacy operations, licensure, and capacity variation by medication.
• Proven pricing and commercial negotiation ownership.
• Experience sourcing and qualifying new partners from scratch, including cold outreach.
• Ability to establish processes, standards, and documentation where little exists.
• Strong cross-functional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, flat-structure environment.
• Willingness to travel to partner sites every 4–6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner network end to end across 20+ pharmacy fulfillment partners.
• Negotiate pricing and terms directly with partners.
• Source and qualify new partners, building the qualification framework.
• Maintain 50-state coverage for formulary medications.
• Forecast demand to adjust partner capacity proactively.
• Support partner onboarding and integration with Systems & Formulary teams.
• Build repeatable processes, partner scorecards, and documentation.
• Visit partner sites to verify capability and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand & Supply Planning, Systems & Formulary, Patient Support, Licensing & Credentialing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
