Job summary

OpenLoop Health, Inc is seeking a Vendor Relationship Specialist, Pharmacy Network to own the partner network across 20+ pharmacy partners and to drive capacity, coverage, and performance. You will lead pricing conversations, qualify new partners, and ensure readiness before demand arrives while building scalable processes.

You will work closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Systems & Formulary, Patient Support, and Licensing teams to align on capacity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in vendor/partner or network management with direct ownership.
• Experience with pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to source and qualify new partners, including cold outreach.
• Ability to establish processes, standards, and documentation where little exists.
• Strong cross-functional communication across operations, clinical, technical, and finance.
• Willingness to travel to partner sites every 4–6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner network end-to-end across 20+ pharmacy partners.
• Negotiate pricing and terms directly with partners.
• Source and qualify new partners through a qualification framework.
• Maintain 50-state coverage and onboard new capacity for launches.
• Forecast demand and manage network capacity ahead of volume.
• Support onboarding and integration with Systems & Formulary teams.
• Build repeatable processes, partner scorecards, and documentation.
• Visit partner sites to verify capability and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve end-to-end issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
