Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to lead pharmacists delivering Medication Therapy Management services, ensuring performance and quality expectations are met. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, monitor metrics, and help develop policies and training programs.

The role requires licensure, at least 5 years in clinical pharmacy, MTM knowledge, and strong leadership. This position supports remote clinical call center operations and strategic initiatives across the

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or PharmD with active licensure in home state.
• Active license to practice pharmacy with ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience including clinical MTM exposure.
• Leadership or remote-team management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MTM concepts, CMS guidelines, and quality measures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacists delivering MTM services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor pharmacist performance, analyze productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Coach and develop clinical staff; coordinate education resources.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and scheduling in collaboration with workforce management.
• Lead team meetings, drive clinical workflow design and process improvements.
• Collaborate with QA to meet quality expectations and regulatory requirements.
