Outcomes® seeks an MTM Clinical Specialist to assist MTM Pharmacists in delivering safe, effective medication therapy and excellent patient service. You will handle telephonic outreach, document patient information, and schedule reviews.

This role requires a current pharmacy technician license, at least a high school diploma, strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and familiarity with MTM platforms and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license and clean record per state regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; MTM experience preferred.
• Certification by PTCB/ExCPT or NAB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients by phone to explain MTM benefits and schedule reviews.
• Document patient information and questions for pharmacist follow-up.
• Coordinate MTM appointments for Comprehensive Medication Reviews and other interventions.
• Enter and update patient demographics and provider contact data in MTM systems.
• Provide exemplary customer service and support to patients and prescribers.
