Job summary

Outcomes.entity in the United States is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to oversee and guide Pharmacists delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services. You will ensure direct reports meet performance and quality expectations while supporting Clinical Services.

The role includes supervising daily clinical call center operations, analyzing productivity, coaching staff, and participating in hiring and onboarding. You will ensure regulatory compliance and state licensure adherence.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in home state.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Experience with MTM services and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to lead and manage remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of MTM CMS guidelines and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical call center operations to support clinical associates and to meet performance goals and business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize pharmacist performance through productivity, processes, capacity, and resources.
• Lead and develop clinical pharmacists through coaching and provision of educational resources.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of clinical associates and orientation/training.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with regulatory requirements and licensure rules.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality outcomes and address performance concerns.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and scheduling with workforce management.
• Create agendas, facilitate, and lead team meetings.
