Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Immunizer certification or willingness to become one within 90 days.
• 1+ year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Knowledge of state and federal controlled substance laws.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a positive, empathetic experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Counsel on medicine use, interactions, and OTC options; refer to providers when needed.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensure compliant dispensing and efficient pharmacy workflow; oversee staff scheduling.
• Maintain Good Faith Dispensing practices and collaborate on strategic opportunities.
• Monitor IT systems, billing, inventory, and clinical documentation to improve productivity.
