Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead direct patient care and wellness services, focusing on disease state management and optimizing medication therapy in a community pharmacy setting.

You will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and ensuring high standards of safety and compliance. Strong leadership and clinical skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D (or NABP FPGEC) is required.
• Active pharmacist license in state(s) of practice with good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred).
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, oversee the financial performance of the pharmacy and serve as pharmacist in charge.
• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruit, train and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
