Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead direct patient care, manage disease-state programs, and optimize medication therapy in a progressive community pharmacy setting.

You will supervise the pharmacy team, uphold safety and compliance standards, and collaborate with management on initiatives to improve patient outcomes and profitability within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (or NABP equivalent).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management to develop and implement profitability initiatives.
