Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in state(s) of practice with good standing.
• Active pharmac y license in state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.
• Deliver direct patient care and wellness services, optimize medication therapy, and assist in managing acute and chronic conditions.
