Job summary
Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy pharmacy, deliver direct patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance within our store program. You will oversee the pharmacy's clinical services, drive quality patient outcomes, and manage the team to meet performance targets.
The role requires a Pharm.D or equivalent, state licensure, immunizer certification, and supervisory experience. A strong focus on community health and collaboration with store leadership is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
- Certified Immunizer Required.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.
- Actively delivers patient care services
- Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance
- Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team
- Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability
