Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead direct patient care and wellness services within a dynamic community pharmacy. You will oversee a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive initiatives to improve patient outcomes and profitability.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, medication therapy optimization, and strong community engagement. A valid state license and immunizer certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) required.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance
