Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead and coach the pharmacy team to deliver safe and effective patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations at all times.
• Provide immunizations and clinical services where permissible; counsel patients.
• Manage inventory and onboarding of trainees to licensure.
