Job summary

CVS Health, a national retail pharmacy leader, seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead store pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care. You will coach staff, ensure accurate dispensing, and maintain regulatory compliance while driving performance and patient outcomes.

The role requires active pharmacist license, NPIs, and 1–2 years of pharmacy experience, with strong collaboration across health care teams.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Demonstrate leadership and coach pharmacy staff
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing and immunization practices
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and collaboration with the patient’s total healthcare team
