Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide patient care.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and compliance with laws.
• Coach and onboard technicians/pharmacists and maintain high performance.
• Collaborate with the store team to support immunizations and patient services.
• Maintain inventory best practices and manage workflow efficiency.
