Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot quickly between tasks
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: use math to determine days' supply and dispensing
• Problem Resolution: handle challenging patient interactions
• Physical Demands: be mobile and lift up to 20 lbs
• Team Management and Leadership: coach and lead pharmacy team
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
