CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop the pharmacy team within our Retail locations, delivering exceptional patient care and counseling while ensuring adherence to all laws and CVS policies. Qualifikationen

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Aufgaben

Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care and counseling.
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
Coach the pharmacy team to improve performance and patient outcomes.
Oversee prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and safety practices (cold chain as needed).
Collaborate with store leadership to maintain a healthy talent pipeline and cross-training.
